Simon Cook



Loughborough University graduate with a degree in Economics with French. Simon started his career in 2001 with one of the largest UK based privately owned recruitment businesses and helped them achieve significant growth during his 8yrs service. He established and grew a highly profitable business change & transformation search practice in 2003 and has never looked back. Simon has established business change & transformation practices for 3 other recruitment businesses and has built an enviable network that contains some of the most experienced change leaders in the country.

Simon created boxchange in 2012 and has successfully helped a number of FTSE & SME organisations build diverse change practices through introducing the very best & known talent from his network.

Mark Murray



Mark has more than 20 years of experience in strategic change delivery, capability and assurance, within a diverse range of industries. He has worked and consulted with SMEs to global blue chip organisations, in 11 different countries, where he attained a reputation for delivering complex business and IT transformation.His career has seen him hold CxO roles and holds extensive experience of working at director and board level. His diligence and passion serve as a leading catalyst for positive and lasting change, infusing organisations with customer-centric processes and skilled service minded staff as a top priority. Having spent many years as an IT professional, as well as holding a university degree in Applied Computing (Northumbria, Newcastle), he is fully conversant in business and IT change delivery alike. Mark joined boxchange in 2015 to facilitate and expedite its ambitious growth as a provider of value driven consulting.

Sandun Dambawinna



Having graduated from the University of London with a degree in Law, Sandun commenced his career in 1997 with a FTSE 250 PLC recruitment business and rose up through the ranks during a period of sustained organic growth. He then joined one of the world’s largest human resource consulting businesses as a Managing Director where he was responsible for significant transformation of the business as it grew rapidly through acquisitions.

Following this he joined a global top 10 executive search / Interim business delivering on mandates to recruit c-suite executives for FTSE, SME and PE backed businesses. With the culmination of his knowledge and experience Sandun joined boxchange in early 2015 to augment its ambitious growth as a provider of value driven consulting.

Richard Stupple



Richard’s career has been spent primarily working with international companies in B2B environments. Engaged in senior leadership roles he has built a reputation for achieving significant organic business growth through new product development and creative solutions that deliver tangible results. In the field of consulting Richard has extensive experience of working at board level in all types of organisations from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies. A consummate professional, with an ability to adapt the approach and style to fit any industry and environment. His specialities include: Culture change, business transformation, Leadership development, International business management, sales management and development, mentoring, coaching, and strategic planning. With a passion for designing bespoke client solutions that produce tangible results, Richard joined boxchange in 2015 to help accelerate its ambitious growth as a provider of value driven consulting.

Chris Sloan



An experienced recruitment professional with over 20 years in the business working for large multinational and smaller boutique recruiting firms. During this time Chris has performed a variety of roles covering Business Development, Account Management up to Sales and Operations Director level, managing multi-site teams across the UK.Chris has been heavily involved in the provision of resource at all levels from IT support up to Exec Director Level into numerous large blue chip clients as well as many SME clients.

Chris has extensive experience of the full recruitment process spectrum covering lead generation, relationship building, tender/bid creation, presentations and commercial negotiations through to responsibility for client delivery management. Joined in 2015 to help grow and develop the boxchange recruitment service portfolio across multiple industry sectors.

Mike Ashton

Business Development Director


After graduating from Gloucestershire University, Mike started his career with one of the largest recruitment companies in the North West. After 10 years in the manufacturing and engineering sector with many significant National Account wins and after attaining a number of senior roles within the business Mike moved out of recruitment and into the Ad Agency world working with some of the most prestigious and recognisable brands in the UK as an Account Director .

Finally the last five years have seen him work for a boutique consultancy within the Financial Services space, assisting with significant change and transformation programmes and more recently senior hires. Mike has spent the last 15 years selling at “C” level to blue chip organisations throughout the UK and has now joined boxchange to drive the business development of their consultancy offering.
