Personal & Executive Coaching
Change Consultant and Business Coach with a commercial background from blue chip organisations.
My experiences have taught me that the quality of leadership and line management are critical to how individuals perform. Given the right set of circumstances, all individuals and teams can thrive and perform at their best.
I recognise how psychology plays a key part in how people change – yet organisations can often spend too much time focussing on what to change, not how individuals and teams change. This is where I combine my commercial background with my change management and business coaching expertise to add real business value.
I have more than 20 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development and Change Management, in a number of different sectors and blue chip organisations, including, FMCG, Foodservice, Hospitality and most recently, Digital Retailing.
Key roles that have contributed the greatest learnings in my career, include negotiating a £70m contract for a large FMCG organisation, leading the behavioural change required to embed a transformational commercial change programme, and facilitating a leadership and management development programme to more than 400 leaders and managers in a £3bn organisation.

Kevin is a highly experienced Business Coach and Culture Change Manager, helping leaders transform their organisations into better ways of thinking and working. As a Business Psychologist he specialises in challenging and changing organisational culture – one person at a time. ‘Culture’ is what we say to one another when we think no-one else can hear. The culture of our organisations can perhaps best be heard in our lifts and car parks. The good news is that it CAN be radically improved using a few powerful and well-proven principles and harnessing the passion and talents of a few well-chosen leaders. Consequently he spends his days coaching leaders, facilitating workshops and attending leadership team meetings – giving feedback, offering options and helping them plan for even greater success.
Recent commendation (May 2017): “I have had the honour and privilege of working with Kevin Charlesworth for over 30 years. He is without a shadow of a doubt one of the top 4 facilitators I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is brilliant. His knowledge, skills, insight and ability to lead a team to make real improvements is outstanding. A major global blue-chip client once said to me ‘Kevin is the standard he wants all consultants to achieve.’
