MeasureUsing our sophisticated diagnostic tool we define, identify and measure the key factors related to determining your current organisational culture. The diagnostic looks at both drivers and inhibitors of performance and the underpinning behaviours.
Using our diagnostic benchmark measurements , supporting data and observations we then analyse the findings to identify what needs to be done. Working with you we are able to develop a focused plan to calibrate the "what, how, when and who" culture change.
